Miso Nikomi Udon
Yamamotoya’s speciality dish is “Miso Nikomi Udon” which is known as popular local food in Nagoya, served in a hot pot with miso soup and soft yet chewy handmade udon.
Nagoya is popular with its miso! In the restaurant, they are using using hatcho miso which takes three years to make it, a darker, more reddish brown in color than common miso and has a rich flavor.
