Halal Kobe Beef Nagomi Donates Iftar Meals during Ramadan for Syrian Kindergarten!

Halal Kobe Beef Nagomi is the world’s first and only restaurant specialized in Halal Kobe Beef located in Osaka. Owner of the restaurant, Mr. Nakatani, once lived and worked in Kuwait, then running his own restaurant to serve good meal and place to pray for all Muslim friends. The restaurant obtains Halal certification and facilitated with wudu’ space, prayer room, prayer clothes.

Halal Kobe Beef Nagomi is family-owned of Mr. Nakatani’s who has three daughters, they do not serve any alcohol drink, so it is comfortable even for families with children.

With strict Halal standards, only 3 cows were certified as Halal Kobe beef in 2018 and many Muslims from all around the world are visiting the restaurant to enjoy this very-limited beef, even they have a wall filled with a lot of photos of smiles from customers.

This time, in order to give the same educational opportunities like her daughters have, and to thank all the customers who visited the restaurant, Halal Kobe Beef Nagomi provides iftar meals during Ramadan to a kindergarten in Syria.

Charity Event During Ramadan !

Halal Kobe Beef Nagomi will be closed during Ramadan and held a charity event “The Unscreened Photo Exhibition – Listening to Syria’s Voice” from May 9th to 16th  (closed on 11st) to support education in Syria, a country in Middle East which gets talked about by war, refugees etc, to gain awareness about Syrian people who live in the daily life that do not appear in the news. Through this photo exhibition, it will delivers the voices of Syrian people.

It is free of admission is free and non-Muslim visitors who are not fasting will receive a drink & sweets from Middle East!

On 12th (Sun) and 13th (Mon), the Arabian Coffee Master, Mr. Onimaru who shares Middle Eastern culture, will be having a talk event while enjoying the Arabian Coffee (reservation required).
