Finally！That Fukuoka’s Popular Restaurant “Kiwamiya” Serves Muslim Friendly Motsunabe！

Fukuoka city has been the 2nd largest population in West Japan, and the 5th largest populated city in Japan after (except Tokyo) Yokohama, Osaka, Nagoya, Sapporo, also has been known as city with delicious foods. At last, AIR ASIA’s direct flight from Malaysia to Fukuoka will be in service start on March 1st 2019.

Talking about Fukuoka’s food, it is motsunabe.
※ Motsu means cow hormone

Hakata motsunabe, filled with plumpy fresh motsu, soup with plenty of vegetables such as chives and cabbages, as well as chinese noodles has been a favorite soul food by Fukuoka residents.

Motsunabe attracts a lot of travelers to enjoy its healthy full-of-collagen hot pot until the last drop.

However, there was no restaurant serving halal motsunabe, and finally, well-established restaurant “Kiwamiya” starts to serve it in Muslim friendly !

What they are doing in serving muslim friendly motsunabe are :

・Using halal slaughtered fresh domestic beef’s hormone
・Arrange the soup to the one without containing alcohol
・No pork menu in the restaurant

The melting sensation of motsu and rich taste of vegetables in its soup will make anyone addicted.
