Bring the Maximum Flavor of Soy to be a Delicious Sweets (and Meals!)

Plantbased.Tokyo offers a wide range of soy-based sweets and meals that meet with sustainability, are vegan/vegetarian-friendly, and are gluten-free.

SOY’s ME by Plantbased.Tokyo is a layered sweet in a bottle, available in 4 delicious flavors; Soy Tiramisu Nutty Banana, Soy Fromage Orange, Soy Fromage Mixed Berry, and the limited Soy Fromage Okinawa Mango.

All of them are available frozen, you will need to unfreeze them in the refrigerator for approximately 6 to 8 hours and enjoy it on the same day. The ingredients layered are made from rice flour and nuts (great for those with wheat allergy!), luxuriously use fresh fruits and are free from egg or dairy products. It tastes gently sweet from beet sugar, which is rich in minerals and regulates the intestinal environment with its oligosaccharide contents.

A bottle is available at a price of 788 yen (tax in) and 896 yen (tax in) only for the Okinawa mango flavor, also available in a set (4 flavors) at a price of 3,000 yen (tax in).

If you happen to come to their shop in Shinjuku, you can enjoy their amazing meals! It is available in a wide range of foods, from the classic keema curry and lasagna to spicy fried eggplant, and spicy soy meat! The meals are available for both dine-in and takeaway.

As one of the concepts is sustainability, they are using molded pulp containers to replace the plastic ones, the staff is wearing aprons made from recycled material, and offer antibacterial and deodorizing tea-scented paper napkins using used tea leaves.
