Maxell Aqua Park Shinagawa (Tokyo)
Maxell Aqua Park Shinagawa is a popular aquarium in Shinagawa, the heart of Tokyo, known for its spectacular shows with lighting effects that create an amazing aquarium experience. It is the home of about 20,000 animals from 350 species of sea creatures (source : Tokyo Minato City Travel & Tourism Association).
They regularly hold limited events such as “Naked Star Aquarium” from 2 Nov to 25 Dec 2021.
Ticket
The ticket can be purchased in the counter or ticket machine on the site, costs 2,300 yen for adults over high school, 1,200 yen for children (primary and junior high school students), and 700 yen for infants over 4 years old.
We recommend to book numbered ticket (free) to be changed with entrance ticket on the day of your visit or early bird ticket.
You will need to get another ticket to join the shows with the price of 500 yen.

Kamogawa Sea World
Kamogawa Sea World is a large aquarium of southeastern Chiba Prefecture that facing the Pacific Ocean. Don’t miss its best known killer whale live performance with wide Pacific Ocean views on the back! Furthermore, visitors can experience how to feed the animals and join guided discovery tours and activities. The aquarium offers not only spectacular shows, but also provide educational activities such as special program for schools and more.

Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan
Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan is one of the popular aquariums in Japan located in the Tempozan Harbor Village (Osaka’s bay area). The aquarium allows visitors not only enjoying the marine life, but also interact with sea creatures at the Interactive Exhibit Area from Arctic Region, Falkland Islands (Malvinas), and Maldives Island.
Ticket
The ticket costs 2,400 yen for adults (over 16 years old), 1,200 yen for children (age 7 to 15 years old), and 600 yen for infants (age 3 to 6 years old). The ticket can be purchased online on the aquarium’s official website.
Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium
Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium is located inside the Ocean Expo Park and widely considered as the best aquarium in Japan. The aquarium takes visitors to enjoy sea creatures in Okinawa’s shallow coastal water to the deep sea zone, spread out over three floors.
Ticket
The ticket costs 1,880 yen for adults, 1,250 yen for high school student, 620 yen for primary and junior high school, and free for kids under 6 years old you can purchase at the entrance gate.
