Kushikatsu or deep-fried skewers are typically made up of meat, fish, and vegetables that are dipped in a sauce before eating. If halal takoyaki or okonomiyaki are comparatively easy to find, but not with kushikatsu. Asian Spicy Diner 585 is a sister restaurant of Halal Yakiniku Zerohachi which serves a fulfilling yet authentic Osaka’s kushikatsu, located in OCAT Namba 5F, right beside the Halal Yakiniku Zerohachi. The restaurant is spacious and decorated with wooden tables and chairs. The restaurant is alcohol-free and they have Muslim staff.
Directly connected to JR Namba Station.
The all-you-can-eat kushikatsu is available in two courses;
・Hisagi course with more than 45 kinds of skewers (with a price of 2,800 yen + tax)
・Tsubaki course with more than 30 kinds of skewers (with a price of 2,000 yen +tax)

Moreover, they have a prayer room equipped with a prayer mat and wudu’ space that allows Muslim customers to enjoy eating without worrying about where to find a place to pray!
