Our dates have a plump and soft texture with an elegant sweetness imported from UAE, which is popular in more than 53 countries around the world. It is also loved by foreigners living in Japan. Please taste the elegant sweetness of this additive-free Arab Royal Warrant dates.
Date syrup and date paste are widely used, from food manufacturers to restaurants, as a natural sweetener instead of refined sugar and mirin. Please come to taste while talking about the case studies.
②Why you started to venture into the food diversities?
Dates has become a popular product for buffets at overseas accommodations that is loved by Muslims, vegetarian, and vegan. Meanwhile, it doesn’t available yet in Japanese accommodations.
Furthermore, there is also a growing need on meals that is free from refined sugar or food additives, however it is still uncommon to use dates as an alternative natural sweetener or umami ingredient. ③What is the best way to enjoy your products?
Dates: have a few grains when you want something sweet, when you are hungry and it will calm down your stomach. It is recommended to enjoy it together with coffee, tea, or Japanese tea.
Date syrup: enjoy it together with yoghurt, pancakes, Japanese or Western sweets. It also meets nice with soy sauce. Moreover, it can be used widely instead of sugar, mirin, cooking liquor, and umami seasoning.
Date paste: it can be used in curry, tomato sauce, smoothie, cake/bread dough, etc as a natural sweetness and umami ingredients that enhance the taste of each ingredients.
