From Roast Beef To Two New Wagyu Skewers, Here’s What To Try At Nishimoro Marche 2026
If you are in Tokyo on August 29 or 30, 2026, and halal Japanese beef is on your food wishlist, save this event.
The menu for Zenkai Meat’s booth at Nishimoro Marche 2026 has officially been decided, and there will be five halal Japanese beef dishes to choose from, including two new Wagyu skewers making their debut this year.
The two-day event will take place at Sangenjaya Fureai Hiroba in Setagaya, Tokyo, bringing food, local products and tourism highlights from the Nishimoro region of Miyazaki Prefecture to the city.
For Muslim residents and travelers, however, there is another reason to visit: a rare opportunity to casually enjoy halal Japanese beef at a local Japanese event.

Five Halal Japanese Beef Dishes to Choose From
Zenkai Meat will return to Nishimoro Marche this year with five dishes. All prices below include tax:
- Halal Japanese Beef Roast Beef — ¥1,000
- Halal Japanese Beef Burger — ¥1,000
- Halal Yakiniku Sandwich — ¥700
- Halal Wagyu Round Skewer — ¥1,000 — NEW
- Halal Wagyu Tornado Skewer — ¥1,000 — NEW
Visitors came to the event for Zenkai Meat’s halal Japanese beef dishes last year as well. This time, familiar choices such as roast beef, the burger and yakiniku sandwich are joined by two new Wagyu options.
The Wagyu round skewer and Wagyu tornado skewer are especially worth looking out for if you visited last year and want to try something different.
And because several of the dishes are designed to be eaten easily at the event, you do not necessarily need a formal restaurant meal to experience halal Japanese beef in Tokyo.
What Is Halal Miyazaki Herb Beef?
Zenkai Meat is a meat processing company headquartered in Nishiki, Kumamoto Prefecture. According to the company, its facility holds ISO 22000 and halal certification.
One of the products it handles is Miyazaki Herb Beef, raised with feed containing herbs such as oregano, cinnamon, ginger and garlic, as well as enhanced vitamin E.
What makes the Nishimoro Marche experience particularly interesting is that the food is not presented simply as something separate for Muslim visitors.
It is Japanese beef that visitors can enjoy together, making the booth an opportunity for Muslims and non-Muslims alike to share the same local food experience.
More Than Wagyu: Discover Nishimoro in Tokyo
Nishimoro Marche introduces the food, products and tourism attractions of the Nishimoro region of Miyazaki Prefecture, comprising Kobayashi City, Ebino City and Takaharu Town.
That means your visit does not have to end with halal beef.
The two-day event offers a chance to encounter regional Japanese products and learn a little more about a part of Miyazaki that international visitors may not yet know well.
For Muslim travelers looking beyond Japan’s major tourist attractions, local events like this can also offer a different kind of experience: enjoying regional food while seeing how Japanese communities introduce their local specialties.
