The Popular Meal Offered in Los Angeles, Coming To Tokyo!

Saido, a vegan restaurant in Jiyugaoka, Tokyo, was holding a pop-up store at Japan House Los Angeles from January 6th to 15th, 2023, introducing SAIDO’s VEGAN WAY that fascinates a lot of people, got all seats booked within 30 hours after the official announcement and with more than 2,000 people waiting for a cancellation.

This time, Saido brings the LA pop-up store’s popular meal “Vegan Tonkotsu Ramen” to their shop in Tokyo, available limitedly from February 2 (Thursday) to 28th (Tues), 2023, as the “Los Angeles Appreciation Month” campaign. The price is an additional 300 yen to Saido’s regular noodle menu, and this menu is the first to be released in Japan.

Customers who visited the pop-up store in LA and had the vegan ramen commented that it was “the perfect cup” and “just like magic”.

This campaign month is a golden period to try this rare vegan ramen in Tokyo!

※Important Notes
1. Only the “Vegan Tonkotsu Ramen” uses garlic and leek (the regular menu does not use 5 pungent roots).
2. The Vegan Tonkotsu Ramen does not come as a single menu but is available in the noodles menu on lunch and dinner courses.
