Saido Goes to Los Angeles!
As the World’s Best Vegan Restaurant in 2019, Saido, the vegan and vegetarian restaurant in Jiyugaoka (Meguro-ku, Tokyo) will introduce Japan’s vegan way to Los Angeles through its pop-up event on January 6-8 and 12-15 at the 5th-floor restaurant space of JAPAN HOUSE LA.

Chef Kusumoto, the chef of Saido, specialized in vegan, gluten-free, halal, and kosher menus in addition to vegan and vegetarian, which then is pioneering a new style of modern vegan Japanese cuisine and continuously innovating his techniques and recipes.
His masterpiece will be presented for lunch and dinner.
