Vegan-Friendly Egg Become a Grand Menu

The Vegetarian Butcher is a Holland company established in 2011 which engages in the selling of plant-based, was attracting attention with its acquisition by Unilever, a major food and daily necessities company in 2018. The company strengthens its position more as the most vigorous plant-based meat brand in Europe by collaborating with a global hamburger chain, Burger King in 2019 to launch REBEL WAPPER which is currently available in 45 countries around the world.

They opened their physical store on August 26, 2020, in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, serving tasty foods for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans living in Japan.

The shop announced that they made the breakthrough plant-based food “UMAMI EGG” to the grand menu.

The UMAMI EGG comes in an authentic egg-like taste and texture which we believe you will not even notice! It is 100% plant-based, meat nicely with meat substitute or vegetables, and is extremely recommended not only for vegans and vegetarians but also for those with egg allergies or care with cholesterol.

You can choose 3 kinds of Focaccia toppings.
