Warm, Inviting Ambience with an Arabic Touch
Walking into Marhaba, you’ll feel its openness instantly. The indoor seating invites you in; the outdoor tables let you enjoy Osaka’s air under soft Arabic-style lighting. While you wait, glance at the halal manager and halal meat certificates at the counter—proof that this place takes halal seriously.

Ramen That Respects You—and Surprises You
Marhaba’s ramen is unlike anything many of us have tasted before. The foundation is a creamy chicken paitan broth, elevated by A5 halal wagyu grilled in BBQ style and thin wagyu roast beef slices as toppings, and pure natural blends of seasonings; four types of mineral-rich salt and three kinds of halal soy sauce to build layers of umami.
Absolutely no artificial seasonings or preservatives, making each bowl something your body and soul can appreciate.
Our Taste Experience
We tried two main bowls:
Salt-based wagyu ramen — light, refreshing, and gentle. The clean broth paired beautifully with tender wagyu and springy noodles. This version is perfect for newcomers or even children trying halal wagyu ramen for the first time.
Spicy shoyu wagyu ramen (Level 3 heat) — bold, savory, and vibrant. The shoyu depth sings through the spice, and every bite kept you wanting more. (If you love heat, try Level 4!)

Both bowls were plated with care in the elegant “five-colors” Japanese tradition—white broth here, a fiery orange there, topped with tomato, mizuna, roast beef, and chopped red onion for a crisp bite.
In short: it was seriously delicious.
Don’t Miss the Dessert
After your bowl, try their homemade crème brûlée. It’s creamy yet light, sweet without overwhelming—an exquisite dessert to end your meal without heaviness.

A Mission Born from Real Connection
MARHABA isn’t just about food. The owner’s journey began with a realization: while staying in the U.S., he learned that many Muslims can’t enjoy ramen because it’s mostly pork-based. That moment sparked a mission—to create a ramen place where Muslims can dine without compromise.
Today, that dream is alive in every bowl at MARHABA.
