Message / benefits to buyers and visitors We are using fresh fish from the Benoa Port, Bali (Indonesia). We do sell in frozen product so it can be easily cooked at the restaurants, supermarkets, etc. All products are available for sale for the first 500 customers every day.

① Please tell us something about your products and services (PR points).

The tuna is processed and frozen from raw ingredients to keep a minimum drip during defreeze before usage, to let it have the same taste and texture as normal raw tuna.

② Why you started to venture into the food diversities?

We had great experiences in participated in the EXPO two years ago.

③ What is the best way to enjoy your products?

Sashimi products can be defreeze with running water (let the sashimi inside the bag during defreeze), then you can store it in the refrigerator. Please have it during the day.
For heated product, fry it directly in 170-180°C oil without defreeze (heated time is 3~5 min).

④ What are your expectations for exhibiting at the Multicultural Expo 2019?

Increase of the awareness towards our halal products that can be enjoyed by multi-ethnic foreigners,
especially for the upcoming Tokyo Olympic 2020
