The fluffy gateau chocolate cake is made with rice flour from Yamanashi Prefecture, organic cocoa, and cocoa mass, and is gluten-free! It has a deep taste with the addition of organic soybean miso (as a secret ingredient) and also has a moist texture with the addition of rapeseed oil and organic soy milk.

Put it in a microwave for 2-3 seconds will make it comes moister and the cacao scent will stand out.

The cake is using Otofuke Osodefuri soybeans from Hokkaido which is known for its fragrance, which is proceeded into ultra-smooth tofu with condensed umami of the beans. It is slowly baked at a low temperature and has a softly-spread bean flavor.

The base dough is made with an organic almond poodle and brown rice flour, with the addition of brown rice amazake, beet sugar, rice starch syrup, white miso, and lemon juice.

Vegan Cheese Cake
