From May 11th (Mon) 2015, Hotel Nikko Tokyo will be offering 3 types of menus without including pork or alcohol at Japanese restaurant “Sakura” for improving the convenience of Muslim customers.
The menu consists of vaunted “Washoku” ( traditional Japanese dishes) made by our head chef including beef sukiyaki (hot pot), sushi, tempura, etc., expressing the beautiful appearance and details which is unique to Japanese cooking. We use halal beef, chicken, and seasonings for our halal menus, and these dishes are cooked in a separate kitchen for halal menus, so we can assure that our Muslim customers may enjoy the dishes without worry.
We would like to have Muslim customers with different cultures enjoy meals in peace in the open and comfortable atmosphere of Hotel Nikko Tokyo, where you can have a breathtaking view of the ocean and scenery of Odaiba, and reinforce international force corresponding inbounds with a comfortable atmosphere and the hospitality of Japan so it will remain as a memory of your visit to Japan.
