Luxe Burger in Ningyocho, Tokyo, is the first burger shop that uses a 100% halal lamb patty, finished in medium rare to keep the juiciness until it is in customers’ hands. Owned by a France-born chef, they serve a voluminous burger which is available in two kinds of sauces;  homemade sauce using cream cheese (mayonnaise free) and homemade BBQ sauce using fond de veau.

Besides burgers, Luxe Burger offers a number of sandwich and side menus. Note that all meals here are halal so we can enjoy them at ease.
