Message / benefits to buyers and visitors Please have a food testing. Also available for purchase.

①Please tell us something about your company and products.

Our products are using 100% made in Hokkaido’s flour and free from chemical seasonings.

②Why you started to venture into the food diversities?

At first, we wanted to make additive-free ramen.
Then, we heard from a food writer in Asahikawa that, a lot of tourists could not have any meals in Asahikawa, Hokkaido since no shops/restaurants serve meals that meet the religious terms, that force them to bring cup ramen from their home country during traveling. We realized that there are tourists facing trouble in eating and it made us very sad. Then we started menu that can be enjoyed by more people in peace of mind.

③What is the best way to enjoy your products?

Our restaurant offers halal, vegetarian and gokun friendly dishes.
Ramen (shoyu (halal only), salt, miso (halal, vegetarian, gokun)
Chahan (Chinese-style fried rice) (halal, vegetarian, gokun)
Gyoza (using halal chicken)

④What are your expectations for exhibiting at the Multicultural Expo 2019?

We want more people to know about the attractive Hokkaido.

⑤Where to purchase your products?
