As we mark the remarkable milestone of Food Diversity Inc.’s 10th anniversary in 2024, we are filled with immense pride and gratitude. This journey has been nothing short of extraordinary, and it wouldn’t have been possible without every one of you.
Our journey began on January 1, 2014, with the first launch of our portal site “HALAL MEDIA JAPAN”. Back then, the idea that the number of international Muslim visitors to Japan would surge from around 10,000,000 to an astounding 30,000,000 today seemed beyond imagination.
In the early days of introducing the concept of Halal in Japan, we delicately crafted partnerships with diverse stores and corporations by providing essential halal information. Today, Halal is not only widely recognized nationwide but has also paved the way for a broader understanding of vegetarian and vegan lifestyles.
Throughout these ten years, we have committed to promoting diverse food cultures by developing mobile apps, organizing exhibitions and fashion shows, and conducting seminars and consulting nationwide. We’ve fostered countless talents and opened doors to exciting business opportunities, continuously venturing into new and unexplored territories.
Yet, our journey is only halfway done.
In our relentless pursuit of the mission to “Promote food diversification in Japan and contribute to the construction of a multicultural society,” we pledge to persist with unwavering passion in our 11th year and beyond.
The quest to showcase Japan’s culinary heritage on a global stage and cultivate new values remains our driving force.
