This time we visited UMAMI BURGER located at 1F of Grandberry Park Central Court. Their vegan burger is mentioned as “Botanical Burger” on the grand menu (at the bottom) which is easy to navigate.

Umami Burger

First of all, the serving size is notably generous compared to the Japanese standard, which ensures that every bite is satisfying. The vegan bun is fluffy with a vegan patty and other ingredients are richly seasoned, offering a burst of umami that sets it apart from other plant-based options.
