“ovgo Baker” Takes the Vegan Bakery Scene by Storm with New Store Expansion
ovgo Inc., the company behind the popular vegan bakery “ovgo Baker,” has announced the opening of a new store “ovgo Baker Edo St. EAST,” which opened on March 1, 2023, in the Nihombashi area, Tokyo, following the temporary closure of the original “ovgo Baker Edo St.” store due to seismic retrofitting work.
The new store, located about an 8-minute walk from “ovgo Baker Edo St.,” offers freshly baked, store-exclusive items such as banana bread and muffins that have been popular in the past. In addition, the store begins offering new food menus items such as granola bowls, hummus, and soup.
The store comes with a shop floor at 1F and a dine-in floor at 2F with 16 seats.

・Koto’s Granola Bowl
