Cross-Culture Restaurant “SOLEIL” Opens in Shopping Complex, Hibiya OKUROJI!

SOLEIL, which the name comes from French means “sun”, opens on Sept 10, 2020, in the brand new shopping complex in a space under a 300 m elevated bridge featuring a brick arch carving a 100-year history between Yurakucho Station and Shimbashi Station, with the concept that allows people with a variety of cultures and backgrounds to enjoy the exciting eating experience in the same table.

The restaurant offers a selection of vegan meals, which is marked [V] on the menu, cooked and arranged by the first-class chef using the freshest vegetables from places around Japan and the frontier of meat analogue, the Omni meat. Besides meals, you can enjoy vegan parfait in your tea time.
