Yatsudou has been dedicated to developing cream bun which is free from animal-derived ingredients and caters to health-conscious consumers for nearly 12 years. The collaboration with Tully’s Coffee Japan stems from a shared commitment to health, as well as the evolving dietary preferences and habits of consumers.
However, it’s important to note that Tully’s Coffee Japan has outlined some essential points on its website regarding its plant-based offerings. While their plant-based foods prioritize plant-derived ingredients and do not use animal-based materials as primary ingredients, they may contain additives derived from animals. Therefore, these products may not be suitable for those pursuing strict veganism but are designed to cater to the diverse dietary needs arising from health and environmental considerations.
