Hotel Metropolitan Launches Full Vegan Courses in Three Signature Restaurants

Finding reliable, high-quality vegan dining in Japan can sometimes feel uncertain — especially for first-time visitors.

Now, Hotel Metropolitan Ikebukuro has made it easier.

Starting December 1, 2025, the hotel officially launches carefully developed vegetarian and vegan course menus at three of its signature restaurants. This initiative was created in collaboration with the Toshima City Tourism Association to strengthen food diversity and welcome international travelers with different dietary needs.

Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, health-conscious, or traveling with someone who has dietary restrictions, you can now dine with confidence in one of Tokyo’s most accessible districts.
